About bothsafe

People deserve to walk their streets without fear of bites and rabies. Street animals deserve the humane, lawful treatment the law already promises them. Both happen only when the offices responsible actually do their jobs. bothsafe exists to make that visible.

Four promises

• Right office, right now. We point every problem at the office the law makes responsible, by name and designation, and nowhere else.
• Closed isn't fixed. We judge offices by what changed on the street and by their own legal duties, not by how many complaints they mark "resolved".
• Nothing stored, nothing sold. No accounts, no cookies, no tracking, no ads, no data for sale. Ever.
• Both sides can trust it. Neutral on the fight, firm on the facts. We never say who is to blame without a document that says so, and we never guess at anyone's motives.

How we check every figure

• Every number links to the document it came from: a court order, a reply given in Parliament, a government press release or a peer-reviewed study.
• When official sources disagree, we show both figures side by side. We never average them or pick the convenient one.
• Figures that exist only as quotes in newspapers are not published as facts. Where an official record should exist but is not public, we ask for it under the Right to Information Act and publish the reply word for word, with its date.
• A gap between two numbers is a question, not an accusation.
• Mistakes happen. Write to hello@bothsafe.in and we will correct the page and note the correction with its date.

What bothsafe is not

• Not a government service, helpline or emergency channel. In an emergency call 112; for an ambulance, 108.
• Not medical or legal advice. For a bite, follow the doctor who treats you.
• Not for naming, shaming or targeting any private person, feeder, owner or rescuer.

Who runs it

An independent citizen in Hyderabad, with no funding, no advertising and no affiliation with any government body, court, NGO or political party. Questions and corrections: hello@bothsafe.in.
