Privacy, in plain words

What we will never do

• We do not collect your name, phone number, email, location or photos.
• We set no cookies and use no tracking, advertising or analytics scripts.
• We do not sell, rent or share anything about you, because we hold nothing about you.

What actually happens when you visit

• The site is a set of static pages served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes your IP address and browser details briefly to deliver the page and protect the site from attacks. We do not receive or keep these logs. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• The pages load nothing from any other company: no external fonts, no embedded maps, no social media widgets.
• The one script on the home page counts the days to the next court date, on your own device. It sends nothing.
• If you email us, we see your email address and message, use them only to reply, and do not add you to any list.

Links to other sites

We link to court orders, Parliament replies and government pages. Those sites have their own privacy practices.

When this changes

Planned features, such as the reporting kit, are being designed to keep everything on your own phone. If any future feature ever needs to handle personal data, this page will be updated before that feature goes live, with the date of the change, and nothing will be collected without your clear consent, as India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 requires.
